Clearview Gallery Areas of Interest

1) Upload Pictures – use this area to upload pictures to the Clearview Gallery or to review any pictures you previously submitted. In order to upload pictures, you must be logged on as a registered user. Before uploading any pictures, check to make sure your picture meets the following requirements:

All submitted photos will be reviewed by Clearview and must be approved for acceptance into the gallery. If a picture did not upload correctly, you will be notified to upload the picture again.

2) Contest / Vote – use this link for viewing and voting for approved photos in the current monthly contest. To view and vote for a picture, click on the picture. This displays the photo, information about the photo, and buttons for voting for the picture. Use your own judgment to rate the picture. In order to vote for a picture, you must be logged on as a registered user.

3) Winning Pictures – use this link for viewing the leading pictures in the current contest, as well as leading pictures from previous contests. While the past winning photos can be viewed any time, voting for those pictures will only count during the yearly contest.

4) View All – use this link for viewing all approved photos within the Clearview Gallery.

Clearview Gallery Rules

Contests and Voting:

Active participation by all registered users is encouraged. No purchase is necessary. Users may upload as many pictures as they wish for each contest.

Each monthly contest will begin at the first of the month (12:00AM Eastern Time) and continue through the last day of the month (11:59PM Eastern Time). The winner for the best picture will be notified during the first week following the contest's end, and the winning photo will be displayed in Clearview Gallery. If two or more pictures have the same average vote value, Clearview will decide the winner of the contest. Previous monthly winners may enter future contests.

A yearly contest will consist of previous monthly winning pictures. The average vote value for those pictures will be reset before the contest begins. Clearview employees and their family members are ineligible to enter any Clearview Gallery Contest. Clearview Window and Door has the right to end any future gallery contests with little or no advanced notice.

Contest Prizes:

For the yearly prize, the awarded prize will be the choice of a 5 Night Platinum Package to a Marriott^® Vacation Club^SM Villa (approx. value is $1345) or a cash prize of $1000.00. Other Statutes:

All submitted pictures must be submitted by the copyright owner. All submitted photos will be reviewed by Clearview and must be approved for acceptance into the gallery. Upon submission, photos and all photo copyrights become property of Clearview Window and Door. Submitted photos may be reposted, modified, distributed, and/or used in any manner by Clearview Window and Door. Any photos that have not been submitted by the rightful owner will be deleted from Clearview’s website. If a picture's content is not acceptable, the picture and its information will be permanently removed. Upon removal, photos will not be considered for any contest associated with the Clearview Gallery.

Clearview Window and Door is not responsible for typographical errors, as well as computer, software, network, and/or website defects and errors. If a contest cannot be completed because of computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, techical failures, or tampering of any kind, Clearview reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any contest. Clearview reserves the right to cancel future contests at any time.

Federal, State, and local taxes are the responsibility of the Prize Winners.
